Cait has an educational background in Business Administration and worked for 4 years as a sub-broker and assistant for Dominion Lending Centres. She took a sabbatical from the mortgage industry to travel the world and to work on private mega yachts, working with English Royalty, Saudi Princes and some of the Microsoft Team. She also trained as a commercial helicopter pilot during this time. These 2 life events are important to Cait as they are a reflection of her high end customer service, anticipating clients needs before they arise, as well as not being afraid of a challenge.
 
She has a disciplined mortgage process where she first gets to know you and understand your goals and objectives. Only after a needs assessment does she clearly outline your mortgage options so you can make an informed decision.
